Wild birds love dried Mealworms and they provide a natural food without the inconvenience and mess of storing and feeding ‘live’ food. Dried mealworms are freeze-dried (just like instant coffee) to lock all of the goodness in. They have a very high energy rating (9 on a scale of 1-10) and a typical composition of 25% fat and 50% crude protein. They are ideal for all wild bird species and can be fed from the ground, bird tables and seed feeders. A real treat !
